Based on the new version of Orderwise's API, it is now possible to fetch sales orders natively instead of going through export definitions. This makes the integration more seamless.

The new Orderwise API enables to check whether a product variant has updated recently, making it possible to keep them fully in sync.
PendingExplore ways to match some value lists to native HubSpot entities
Value lists such as "Currency" and "VAT Rate" can be matched to native HubSpot entities. Currently value lists create new enumeration properties for these, but they could also match to native HubSpot entities where possible.
PendingSync Orderwise returns to tickets with the corresponding status
To track customer experience in HubSpot, returns can be synced to tickets with the "returnStatusID" value list and a ticket pipeline dedicated to tracking returns.
PendingAdd custom object sync to export definitions (Advanced plan)
Enable fully-custom synchronization between HubSpot and Orderwise by linking custom objects to any export definition in Orderwise, allowing you to map data however you want, wherever you want.

Instead of syncing data via standard mappings, you can choose to override an object to map anything you want via export definitions (e.g. disable standard contact mapping to map fully custom data).
